Each companion has their own phone number. You call them — or they call you, depending on the companion — and you just talk. About your day, your past, whatever's on your mind. Your conversation is privately transcribed, summarized, and stored in your personal journal on the portal. No app to learn. Just a phone call.
What are reflections?
After your conversations, your companion writes you a reflection — a narrative summary of what you shared, written back to you in a meaningful way. It's not a transcript. It's your life, told as a story. You receive these weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on your plan.
What is Story Lens?
Story Lens lets you choose how your companion writes your reflections. Memoir, mystery, saga, comedy, fable, or noir — pick a genre, and your life story gets told in that style. You can change it anytime.
Do I have to pick one companion?
No. Every subscription includes all eleven companions. Each one listens differently — Ellis asks the big questions, Eddie gives you real talk, Ellen captures your life story, Esmé travels with you. You'll naturally find the ones who hold the parts of your life that need holding.
Can I try it before I subscribe?
